Job Description Are you a master of agile methodology and passionate about leading teams to success? Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our Minotaur software development team and help us drive innovation and efficiency in our projects. You will work in a hybrid environment in our Columbia, MD location. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding our software development teams through the Scrum framework and ensuring that all team members are working together effectively.

You will facilitate daily stand-up meetings, spring planning sessions, and retrospectives, and work closely with product owners to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile principles and methodologies, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will champion the execution of the Scrum framework within their assigned teams.
