** within ’s Government Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting program execution through data analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.

* ** Program Leadership & Execution
*** Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment with contract requirements
* Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverables
* Ensure adherence to federal regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
* ** Stakeholder Management
*** Serve as the primary liaison between  and government stakeholders
* Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to internal and external partners
* ** Operational Oversight
*** Oversee project analysts and junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
* Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
* Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and data integrity across the program
* ** Reporting & Performance Management
*** Drive program reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of required deliverables
* Continuously improve processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
* Facilitate regular status meetings, briefings, and executive updates
* 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or government contracting environments
* Proven experience managing federally funded programs or government contracts
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering against strict SLAs
* Strong background in reporting, data analysis, and executive-level communication
* Demonstrated success in managing compliance, audits, or regulated environments
* 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, program support, or project coordination
* Experience developing reports, dashboards, or presentations
* Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and data tools
* Experience maintaining documentation and tracking systems
* Exposure to government, logistics, or operations environments
* PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
* Experience with FAR/DFARS or other federal compliance frameworks
* Experience supporting RFPs, contract transitions, or key personnel submissions
* Experience supporting government contracts or regulated industries
* Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
* Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
