- Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales support, including conducting customer demonstrations, writing technical proposals, and creating quotes.
- Take, derive, and translate customer needs/CONOPs into requirements. Create complete system architecture with high-level to detailed designs.
- Ensure requirement compliance satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications with peer teams. - Work closely with the Project Management, Integration, and Production teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design to execution and delivery.
- Provide technical support from project initiation to closeout, bringing a requirement validation and customer satisfaction first mindset and serve as the technical interface between internal and external clients.
- Orchestrate and conduct internal and customer system design and requirement events within project schedule and budget
- Methodically evaluate and test new products, providing support to existing customers with upgrades.
- Collaborate with team members internally and externally, fostering strong working relationships to achieve business objectives.
- Operate R&S systems in fielded environments, ensuring customers' mission objectives are met.
