As a Network Architect / WAN Engineer at CyberPoint, you will lead the design, architecture and integration of Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions supporting mission-critical programs across the Intelligence Community (IC). You will architect secure, scalable and high-performance network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with government requirements and mission objectives.
This role requires deep expertise in IP routing and enterprise-scale WAN environments, strong experience with Red/Black network architectures and the ability to provide highly technical guidance to both customers and internal teams. You will serve as a technical authority, leading complex efforts from architecture through testing, delivery and operational support.

What You'll Do- Architect and design secure WAN solutions supporting mission requirements across the Intelligence Community.
- Develop IP routing, addressing, IP Multicast, IP QoS, encryption and Red/Black WAN architectures.
- Lead WAN boundary integration efforts and validate designs through customer-driven test plans and evaluations.
- Provide expert-level technical guidance and best-practice consultation for complex networking challenges.
- Lead medium to large projects, ensuring delivery aligns with government requirements, schedule and budget.
- Perform in-depth technical analyses, develop findings and recommendations and deliver reports and briefings to stakeholders.
This position is 100% onsite and requires an active TS/SCI+FSP Security Clearance

- US Citizenship
- TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science or related discipline and 10 years of IT-related experience
- Demonstrate experience architecting WAN solutions across the Intelligence Community
- Strong experience with:
- IP routing and addressing
- IP Multicast
- IP QoS
- IP encryptors
- Experience with WAN boundary integration
- Experience designing and implementing Red and Black WAN architectures
- Ability to develop network architectures and execute customer-driven test plans
- Experience delivering technical guidance and solutions for complex enterprise IT environments
- Strong analytical, documentation and presentation skills
- Experience leading enterprise-scale WAN modernization efforts
- Deep understanding of IC network security requirements and compliance frameworks
- Experience briefing senior government stakeholders
- Strong project leadership and customer engagement skills
- Track record of delivering complex network architectures on time and within budget
