Client Support Technician

Dresner Group provides IT support, solutions, and occasional miracles to small/medium sized businesses. We’re looking for a Full‑Time Client Support Technician 2 to join our growing team. You will primarily work from our Columbia, MD office, while occasionally going onsite to our clients.

• You have experience working with Active Directory, firewalls, switches, anti‑virus software & remediation, print servers, Microsoft servers & operating systems, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support & the occasional miracle to our clients.
• Utilize the latest and greatest tools that IT has to offer while resolving issues.
• Interact with our clients in a professional and friendly manner, explaining technical concepts in plain language.

• Hands‑on working experience in IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent working experience.
• Flexibility to work non‑business hours when needed.
• Industry certifications or a strong desire to obtain them (e.g., MCDST, MCTS, A+, Network+, CCA, VCP, MCSA, MCITP).
