Technical Lead – Quality Assurance

Duties:
Lead QA efforts and oversee estimation, prioritization and coordination of test activities across multiple projects. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Microsoft Playwright. Manage manual and automated test workflows in Azure Dev Ops. Perform database, API, and functional testing to ensure quality. Collaborate on strategic testing initiatives and drive process improvements. Track QA metrics and document bug reports and recommendations.
Support platform upgrades and SQL server updates. Manage QA resources, conduct reviews, and set goals to improve performance.
Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance environment. In the alternative, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance environment. Must have prior experience with:
Designing, planning and executing test cases;
Test Automation framework including Cypress, Selenium or Playwright;
Test Management Systems using Azure Dev Ops or Zephyr;
Project Management tool:
Azure Dev Ops or Jira;
Programming languages , C#, Java script or Typescript;
Database operations including MySQL and SQLServer;
Using Agile and Scrum Methodology to run QA processes; CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, Gitlab or Azure Devops); API testing (Postman or REST Assured);
Performance testing (JMeter or Load Runner);
Cloud Platform Testing, including Azure or AWS.

Salary: $148,574 to $163,037 per year
