As a Target Analyst Reporter L2, you’ll prioritize, analyze, and synthesize information from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and collateral sources to produce timely, high-quality intelligence that drives mission success.
ResponsibilitiesThe Target Analyst Reporter prioritizes, assesses, evaluates and reports information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and analysis. The role includes writing reports, determining reportability, locating reportable information, and extracting data from multiple sources to fulfill requests from management and external customers. Mentorship and guidance from Government personnel are provided.
Qualifications- Experience with in the IC drafting or editing SIGINT product reports; capable of authoring reports based on simple or limited traffic.
- Knowledge of technologies and topics to identify analytic vectors.
- Proficiency in exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements.
- Experience using software applications and databases for SIGINT report writing and target development.
- Familiarity with advanced SIGINT reporting policies (e.g., STI, unusual tearlines, Post-Publication actions, RFis).
- Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to incorporate independent research into reporting.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph.
- At least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military.
- At least two (2) of those years must be within the last five (5) years.
- United States citizenship.
