Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission‑driven Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support critical government initiatives in Annapolis Junction, MD. What You’ll Do
  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open‑source data to generate insights and leads.
  • Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
  • Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
  • Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
  • Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
  • Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
  • Use curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
  • Distill, document, contextualize, and share findings—including any new tradecraft developed—with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
What You Bring
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in the Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
  • Relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis, such as target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and knowledge of customer tool sets and databases.
  • Foreign language proficiency may satisfy experience requirements in some cases.
Level Qualifications Level 1
  • 2 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, or
  • 4 years applicable experience with an associate degree, or
  • 6 years applicable experience without a degree.
Level 2
  • 2 years applicable experience with a PhD, or
  • 3 years applicable experience with a master's degree, or
  • 5 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, or
  • 7 years applicable experience with an associate degree, or
  • 9 years applicable experience without a degree.
Level 3
  • 4 years applicable experience with a PhD, or
  • 6 years applicable experience with a master's degree, or
  • 8 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, or
  • 10 years applicable experience with an associate degree, or
  • 12 years applicable experience without a degree.
Level 4
  • 7 years applicable experience with a PhD, or
  • 9 years applicable experience with a master's degree, or
  • 11 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, or
  • 13 years applicable experience with an associate degree, or
  • 15 years applicable experience without a degree.
Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $102,950–$, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
