Synergy ECP in Columbia, MD, seeks a Help Desk Level 2 specialist to provide 24x7 support for users, networks, and applications. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, handling hardware, software, passwords and printers, and ensuring rapid incident resolution.
Applicants must have at least 3 years of Help Desk experience with a relevant Bachelor’s, or 5+ years with an Associate’s; TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
