This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business operations and technology. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those needs into effective technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ERP systems, MRP, supply chain, inventory, and financial processes, along with the ability to work with both business users and technical teams. This role will also have meaningful involvement in ERP modernization, process transformation, and future-state technology initiatives.
If you enjoy solving complex business problems, improving how systems are used, and having a tangible impact on how a manufacturing organization operates, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference.
What You’ll Do- Lead business process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and develop practical technology-driven solutions.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of ERP and enterprise application enhancement requests.
- Partner with solution architects, developers, and IT teams to ensure solutions effectively address business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP utilization, MRP processes, reporting, automation, and overall operational efficiency.
- Support ERP modernization initiatives, including technology assessments, vendor evaluations, system enhancements, and future-state process design.
- Help evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and scalability.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new functionality.
- Support change management and communication efforts associated with system and process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted technology partner to business leaders and users across the organization.
This is more than a traditional Business Systems Analyst position. You'll have the opportunity to influence how the organization operates and how its technology evolves.
You will be joining an organization that continues to invest in its manufacturing capabilities, technology, and business processes. Your work will help establish more standardized and efficient processes while supporting the organization's long-term ERP and enterprise systems strategy.
The role offers significant exposure to both business operations and technology leadership, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their influence beyond day-to-day ERP support and become a key contributor to broader transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Bring- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MRP, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, and financial processes.

- Experience translating business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Infor XA, Epicor, QAD, JD Edwards, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or another manufacturing-focused ERP platform is highly desirable.
