** Role

Description:

The DC3/DCISE Technical Task Lead shall serve as a Contractor representative for the DIB (Defense Industrial Base) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) executive leadership. The DC3/DCISE Technical Task Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.

Clearance Level: TS-SCI clearance eligible.

Experience:

• Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools (i.e., Virus Total) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1), file size, file name, file paths, etc.).
• Experience in the last ten years with intelligence analysis processes, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
• Experience in the last ten years conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) threat actors. Benefits at Sentar:
