We're seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst to support critical engineering programs by managing product changes, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with configuration management standards. • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 3 years of configuration management experience
• Experience supporting engineering change processes and technical documentation
• Familiarity with configuration control, status accounting, and audits
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with configuration management software and reporting tools preferred

• Analyze engineering and product design changes for configuration impact.
• Maintain configuration management documentation and records.
• Support change control processes, audits, and review activities
• Prepare configuration status reports and technical data packages.
• Coordinate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and documentation.
• Research parts, materials, and technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards.
• Train and support teams on configuration management procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts.
