You will maintain the customer’s computers and networks, ensuring front‑end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision makers.
Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst
Responsibilities- Provide analytical support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
- Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest and analytic strategies.
- Identify target communications within the global network.
- Use and manage software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
- Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
- Provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
- Follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly.
- Maintain Linux operating system command‑line proficiency.
- Support front‑end collection systems, including survey systems.
- Support DR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
- Use scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, and/or Python.
- At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
- Within the last seven (7) years, at least five of those years must have involved modem digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
- Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, including command‑line usage.
- FORNSAT experience is required.
- Experience with front‑end collection systems, including survey systems.
- Experience with DR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
- Basic troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies.
- Completion of Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).
- Completion of Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Shell, Python).
- Familiarity with Apache NiFi.
- Critical thinking and reasoning ability to make analytic determinations.
- Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
- Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
- Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.
- Ability to identify target communications within the global network.
- Independently perform and provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
- TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph and United States citizenship.
- Flexibility to work varying 24x7 schedules, including day shift (0545‑1345), swing shift (1345‑2145), mid shift (2145‑0545), weekends, and holidays.
