- Image and set up laptops for new hires
- Check printers, replace toner, and help troubleshoot basic issues
- Help with meeting room setup and fix common A/V or connectivity problems
- Provide basic IT support to employees (hardware, software, and general troubleshooting)
- Set up desks, including unboxing and connecting monitors, docks, and peripherals
- Keep track of IT equipment and supplies (inventory system ITSM)
- Assist with on-premises physical security system
- Help with any general IT tasks as they come up
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent experience with 3 years direct related experience.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (WIN7, XP, Windows Sever 2003, MS Office), PC hardware and other electronic equipment (printer, scanner, network)
- Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly Problem analysis and problem solving
