Job Description Product Manager- OCO/Networking and Internet - 12+ yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Product Manager who can design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. This candidate will perform systems management and integration functions and define and communicate the product visions and roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity, in support of OCO.

Required Salary Range The projected compensation range for this position is 235K-242K (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Capabilities Provide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions for highly reliable and redundant network connectivity.
Lead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities for cloud networking solutions are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories.
Collaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (PI) execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for networking-focused projects.
Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders, USCYBERCOM, NSA, Services and CCMDs to gather feedback and align capability delivery for cloud networking and connectivity.
Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups, and other OCO forums related to cloud networking.
Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications for cloud networking solutions.
Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications with a focus on robust and secure network connectivity. Lead engagements alongside company partners as well as the top designers and technologists in the industry. Requirements Required Skills Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services.

Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Familiarity with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience in the development of products and/or management in a development environment. They build and implement product strategies aligned with the OCO PMO’s vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features for cloud networking and connectivity solutions.
Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting.
Good with documentation.
Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with the team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are. AWS Certified Advanced Networking
