HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Senior Master Scheduler to support complex, multi year programs within government or intelligence community environments through expert program planning, scheduling, and project controls.

The Senior Master Scheduler will develop and manage integrated schedules, utilize Work Breakdown Structures and the Critical Path Method, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

• Develop and manage schedules for complex, multi year programs, ideally within government or intelligence community environments.
• Utilize scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent) to plan and control projects.
• Apply Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management to program schedules.
• Work effectively in fast-paced, high-security environments with cross-functional teams.

• Current and active TS SCI clearance.
• Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
• Experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated mastery of scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management.
• Experience developing and managing schedules for complex, multi year programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools, techniques, and reporting.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or iterative development methodologies.
