Role Description The Supply Closet Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Columbia, MD, responsible for overseeing and organizing the company’s supply closet and storage areas. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining inventory of educational materials, wellness products, and office supplies; tracking stock levels; and restocking items in program and office spaces as needed. • Comfort with basic computer tools (e.g., spreadsheets or inventory software) for tracking supplies and preparing simple reports.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate needs across staff and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Reliable, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently on-site and manage recurring tasks without close supervision.
  • Physical ability to lift and move lightweight to moderately heavy items, and maintain a neat, safe, and accessible storage environment.
