- Oversee the end-to-end requisition-to-PO process, ensuring all purchase orders are accurate, approved, and issued timely
- Manage the procurement queue to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for internal stakeholders are met
- Act as the escalation contact for established suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and operational issues
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators for vendors, such as On-Time Delivery
- Conduct regular operational reviews with key suppliers to resolve recurring bottlenecks
- Manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all compliance documentation (tax forms, insurance, certifications) is up to date
- Maintain an accurate and updated kind of Procurement Master Data (e.g. updating pricing, lead times, and vendor contact info in the ERP system)
- Expedite critical orders to resolve urgent supply shortages
- Identify inefficiencies in the current procurement workflow and implement lean improvements
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal governance, ethical standards, and legal requirements
- Monitor lifecycle of procured products to maintain efficiency in the Procurement process
