Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
ZRS Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for turnover and move-in. You will perform repairs, coordinate with maintenance staff, and ensure safety standards are met while delivering excellent resident service.
Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks within schedules, inspecting units, maintaining records, and communicating status to the property management team. A background in property maintenance is a plus; weekends possible.
