We are a thriving locally owned engineering firm, currently seeking a dynamic individual to lead and establish their own practice in Howard County, MD.

As the Practice Leader, you will be entrusted with full responsibility for business development, client relations, and delivering high-quality consulting services. This key leadership position aims to foster growth and attain a dominant position in the niche areas of the site civil/land development market. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to set up a new office, manage daily operations, supervise and nurture a dedicated team, present their vision, and execute growth strategies with the support of a large engineering firm.

This collaborative partnership will facilitate staffing, financial expansion, and the establishment of a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts by pursuing opportunities in the market area.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
• Lead the establishment of a new office, overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise and foster the growth of staff, presenting a clear vision for the team.
• Execute growth strategies with the support of the larger engineering firm.
• Participate in for-profit sharing based on the growth and success of the office.
