We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex building solutions initiatives from new builds and renovations to system upgrades and tenant improvements. You’ll own project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client outcomes and solid financial performance. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, and clients, you’ll steer projects to successful completion on time, within scope, and with quality.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of building solutions projects (HVAC controls, BMS, fire safety, access control, and related systems).
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and procurement plans; track milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor cost performance, revenue recognition, and alignment with financial structures such as SOV and AIA billing.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge among clients, engineers, field teams, and vendors; produce clear, executive‑ready status updates and reports.
• Proactively identify risks and operational chokepoints; implement practical mitigation strategies.
• Lead diverse teams on‑site and remotely, cultivating accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ethical standards, and company policies while delivering value.
• Mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and support professional growth within the project team.
