CULTA is currently looking for our next Dispensary Sales Lead to join our dedicated Dispensary team in Columbia, MD! As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the dispensary including leading a dynamic team, establishing strong relationships with cultivation and production representatives, inventory control, and customer service while staying compliant with State laws, rules, and regulations. Team Leads will also be excellent communicators liaising with all levels of the organization to help implement, refine, and enforce lawful standard operating procedures that promote organization, team culture and productivity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participate in refining and implementing best operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and direct the dispensary staff.
  • Educate team according to CULTA guidelines, conduct performance reviews, and establish performance improvement plans.
  • Inspire the team to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both customers and employees.
  • Maintain an in-depth industry wide knowledge of products and strains in Maryland.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current cannabis law and regulations.
  • Educate team about cannabis products and consumption methods.
  • Oversee and manage quality product inventory and conduct opening/closing inventory counts and audits as needed.
  • Manage Cash handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in METRC.
QUALIFICATIONS AND

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Highly organized, self starter.
  • Must be over 21 and able to pass all applicable background checks and drug screenings.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Office 365 and ability to learn and apply new software programs.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Effective time-management and ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
  • Must be able to work onsite.
  • Possess the physical strength and stamina required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
