What you will do:

The Nurse Manager, Telemetry provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for achieving unit, departmental, and organizational goals through effective management of clinical operations, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives. She/he will foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, engagement, and professional growth.

Who Should Apply:
  • Master of Nursing (MSN) (Required). Applicants with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Master’s of Nursing (MSN) program. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in clinical nursing (Required); registered nursing experience on a medical/surgical or telemetry unit preferred; nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous clinical management experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience navigating rapidly changing situations, from evolving patient needs to technological advancements, by remaining flexible, continuously learning, embracing new challenges, and quickly recovering from setbacks.
  • Current Maryland RN license required.
  • Current CPR certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
