Unit/Role InfoDomestic Violence Program. Oversees and coordinates nursing services to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. Serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff, supports care planning and staffing activities, and facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams. Monitors patient flow, quality and safety metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards, and implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in nursing (Required)
- RN
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire (Required) - CPR
- Basic CPR Upon Hire (Required) - Five (5) years of nursing experience required.

Minimum $43.61/hour — Maximum $67.59/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
