Responsibilities
Oversees and coordinates nursing services to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. Serves as a clinical and operational resource for nursing staff, supports care planning and staffing activities, and facilitates communication among interdisciplinary teams. Monitors patient flow, quality and safety metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards, and implements process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
- Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
- RN - Registered Nurse upon hire (Required)
- Current FNE‑A certification through MBON; FNE‑A/P preferred
- CPR – Basic CPR upon hire (Required)
- 2+ years of RN experience as a SAFE Nurse strongly preferred

Salary Range
Minimum: $43.61/hour – Maximum: $67.59/hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience. If the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held.
