Role: Registered Nurse in Med/Surg Oncology at a community hospital
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care during shifts to achieve clinical outcomes
- Provide evidence-based nursing care following policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support quality improvement initiatives and promote safe, cost-effective resource use
- Complete required competencies and participate in performance appraisals
- Demonstrate organization's core values consistently
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure and Basic CPR certification (required)
- Minimum six months of nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
