This full-time role features 12-hour rotating shifts and six weeks of self scheduling, with a current staffing ratio of 2:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity.
Qualifications include an active Maryland or Compact RN license, BLS CPR, and an ADN. BSN is preferred and ADN holders should matriculate into a BSN program.
