Competitive RN Pay

• $31 - $44 / Hour Competitive rates based on experience
• Shift differentials available
• Same Day Pay for all employees

The Registered Nurse (RN)provides comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans. RNs play a key role in clinical oversight, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.

Full Time, Full-Time Flex, Part Time and PRN

Schedule:

Days, Evenings and Nights Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
