Shift: 8 hour days Mon-Friday PRN (minimum of 4 8-shifts in a 6-week schedule)
Johns Hopkins Howard County Surgery Center is located in the Berman Pavilion adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center's main entrance. It is a multispecialty center that specializes in ophthalmology, orthopedics, and pain management. As an Prep/PACU nurse, you will prep and recover patients under going Ophthalmology, Othopedic, and Pain Mnagement proceedures.
Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Accredited Nursing Program required, or Associates Degree in Nursing with equivalent years of experience
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or military training, ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Minimum of 6 months recent ICU or Preop PACU RN expereince required, 1-year preferred

Minimum 53.07/hour - Maximum 53.07/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
