Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience within the last 5 years, and 8 years as a Test Engineer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. A bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related field is required; alternatively, four additional years of Test Engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience analyzing system requirements, concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures; preparing data collection and analysis; reporting status and results.
- Experience supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation such as Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, T&E Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
- Experience working with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
- Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas as assigned in the SOW.
- Proficiency with web automation test tools and frameworks:
TestNG, Selenium, and Cypress Testing Automation Software. - Programming languages:
Java and JavaScript. - PostgreSQL and MongoDB query skills.
- Knowledge of the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and experience writing UI test scripts.
- Understanding of selector testing and visual testing.
- Experience with API automation tools such as REST Assured.
- Designing, developing, and implementing test scripts, test plans, test cases, and test processes.
- Performing User Interface testing against requirements.
- Experience with manual testing and automated tools (Cypress, Visual Studio, Eclipse).
- Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with regression and integration testing in multiple environments.
- Experience using GIT to manage automation test scripts.
- Proficiency with Linux and Putty.
- Understanding of accessibility testing.
- Ability to define test strategies for future capabilities and manage project artifacts.
- Determining appropriate project methodologies and practices.
$130,000 - $210,000 a year. The pay range is a general guideline and is not a guarantee. Total compensation will be based on responsibilities, education, experience, and other factors.
