This position involves setting up and servicing concession stands as part of the Encore Food & Beverage Division at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Department. Responsibilities include customer service, food and beverage preparation and expediting, adherence to safe food handling and money procedures, and cleaning tasks in concession stands and satellites.

• Willingness to learn food industry practices, including food preparation and service according to the Wicomico County Board of Health regulations.
• Ability to expedite food for all food service functions.
• Computer literacy in food service software is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to understand work objectives from Food Service Manager and Supervisors.
• Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to fifty pounds for replenishing supplies and inventories.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Equivalent training and experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.
