We're an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor with a 20+ year track record of roofing excellence. Now we're looking for a Residential Roofing Sales Consultant who's hungry to succeed and ready to help homeowners protect and enhance what matters most.

What You'll Do:

• Run pre-set sales appointments and generate referrals through networking
• Perform thorough roof inspections (must be comfortable with ladders and heights)
• Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on roofing solutions
• Prepare accurate quotes and close deals with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain records and follow-ups using our CRM
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure an excellent customer experience

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of sales experience (roofing/home services industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
• Ability to safely climb ladders and access rooftops
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and mobile apps
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• MHIC Sales License or willingness to obtain
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening (ongoing testing included)
