• Engage with customers to understand their needs and present vehicle options suitable to their preferences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of Hyundai models and features to effectively answer questions and provide recommendations.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership promotions, pricing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in automotive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
