Strategic Advisor role on the Employee Health & Benefits team at Tribridge Partners, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company. As the steady point of contact clients rely on, you’ll build strong relationships while keeping projects moving from start to finish. You’ll gather, review, and audit census information for prospective, new, and existing clients. As renewals and new opportunities arise, you’ll compile current plan details for the RFP process, market benefits and rates across all lines of coverage, and negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers to deliver the best outcome for clients and prospects.
You’ll manage and support key meetings, virtual or in person, ranging from prospect presentations to open enrollment, renewal discussions, Road Map meetings, and mid‑year checkpoints. You’ll create or oversee open enrollment communications and guides, partner with TPAs, carriers, benefits administration platforms, and payroll to build the open enrollment site, and ensure meeting materials are ready for pre‑renewal, renewal, post‑renewal, mid‑year, compliance, Happy Client Check‑Ins, and Road Map conversations.

Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of Health & Welfare experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university (or equivalent industry experience)
- Active Life/Health License
- Relevant knowledge of legislation and market trends, marketing/vendor search process, understanding of medical, dental, life/AD&D, disability, vision, etc. coverage
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Knowledge of self‑insurance and reinsurance coverage
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

Applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
