This position provides customer education, design options and brand selection in the sale of replacement HVAC systems and equipment in a residential and light commercial setting.

This role involves demonstrating and maintaining a high level of credibility. You will learn and implement One Hour sales system, procedures and ethical practices. You will manage multiple ongoing opportunities particularly focusing on selling replacement equipment and service agreements. You will recommend solutions and link customer objectives to total value solution in order to convert opportunities into sold work. You will complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner on all leads, including financing paperwork and the collection of cash payments.

You will effectively write and present proposals. You will maintain sales margins in jobs as specified by your trainer/supervisor. You will convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. You will maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, sales experience required, HVAC trade experience a plus, but not necessary. You must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence. You must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screen. You must have a clean driving record.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $ per year
