We're looking for our next Comfort Advisor — and this isn't your typical sales job.
The Earning PotentialWith a full schedule daily, Comfort Advisors can earn upwards of $500,000 per year — on commission only. Replacement HVAC systems are high ticket items ranging from $12,000-$30,000.
No salary cap. No ceiling. Just a full calendar of homeowners who need help and a proven system designed to guide them to the right solution.
The TrainingWe invest in you from day one:
- A total one 1 month training
- A refined, step-by-step process for helping homeowners find the right comfort system for their home and budget
- Weekly coaching with one of the best HVAC consultants in the country
- Ride along training with our current comfort advisors
- An immersive 3-day hands-on training in Dallas focused entirely on how to serve customers at the highest level
You won't be thrown into the deep end. You'll be built into a true expert.
HVAC Knowledge? Not Required.
We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product. What we can't teach is genuine care for people, a positive attitude, hunger to grow, and the natural ability to connect with homeowners and earn their trust.
That part has to come from you.
