Commercial Landscape Account Manager Join a Growing Team of Landscape Professionals

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships, growing accounts, and helping commercial properties look their best? We're looking for an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts while driving customer satisfaction, contract retention, and enhancement sales.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service, identify opportunities for property improvements, and build long-term partnerships. What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, municipalities, and business owners.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and operations teams.

  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve landscape appearance and property health.

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Develop long-term landscape management plans that align with each client's goals and budget.

Enhancement Sales & Account Growth
  • Identify, estimate, and sell landscape enhancement opportunities.

  • Prepare, present, and follow up on enhancement proposals.

  • Manage proposal pipelines and maximize approved work.

  • Support contract renewals and account retention efforts.

  • Develop new business opportunities within existing customer relationships.

  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for account growth.

Quality Assurance
  • Perform routine quality inspections across assigned properties.

  • Ensure work meets company standards for landscape maintenance, irrigation, and horticultural quality.

  • Partner with field supervisors and production teams to exceed customer expectations.

  • Monitor service quality and recommend operational improvements.

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate customer records, proposals, contracts, and communication notes.

  • Utilize Aspire and Microsoft Office to manage accounts and reporting.

  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and customer presentations.

  • Support contract administration and renewal processes.

Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape account management, commercial landscape maintenance, property management, landscape sales, or customer relationship management.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven success selling landscape enhancements or related services.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred
  • Commercial landscape industry experience.

  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, horticulture, and turf management.

  • Experience with Aspire or similar landscape management software.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
