Position:
Sales Representative-We're looking for motivated and driven individuals ready to build a high-income career in the roofing industry. No roofing sales experience is required. If you have experience in sales, canvassing, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused roles, we want to hear from you.
EARN $150K–$350K+ ANNUALLY
NO ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
FULL TRAINING PROGRAM
- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Meet with homeowners and discuss roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Conduct inspections and generate sales opportunities
- Earn $150K–$350K+
- Top performers earn $450K+ annually
- Full Training Program
- Career growth opportunities
- Previous sales, canvassing or customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to safely climb a ladder for inspections
