Outside Sales: Construction & Electrical Supply; DC​/VA)

This role reports to the SVP of Construction Sales and is responsible for driving demand for our products at existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering a strong relationship with our customers

• -Develops and maintains executive level relationship with assigned customers through regular sales calls. These customers include electrical distributors and electrical contractors
• -Strong focus on Data Center contractors in Maryland and Virginia
• -Develops relationships and markets One Source Associates product lines to potential new customers
• -Provides exceptional customer service, responding to all customer issues or problems in a timely and effective manner
• -Introduces new products to the market
• -Communicates regularly with Inside Sales on opportunities and order management
• -Works closely with all internal departments, combining individual efforts to better serve the customer
• -Regularly attends training and communication meeting as required
• -Represents the company to the community, the public in general, and various local, regional, state, organizations
• -Attends applicable trade association meetings/events to promote our company
• -Performs other duties as obvious or assigned
• -Manages distributor marketing promos and budgets

Demonstrated history of success as a sales representative

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in the Electrical Distribution industry
