Job Title:
Target Analyst Reporter 2
The Target Analyst Reporter L2 will prioritize, analyze, and synthesize information from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and collateral sources to produce timely, high‑quality intelligence that drives mission success. The position requires drafting excellent reports and may involve assistance in determining reportability, locating reportable information, and setting the focus of a report.
Capabilities- Experience with in IC in drafting and/or editing released, serialized SIGINT product reports; ability to author reports based on simple or limited traffic.
- Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
- Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
- Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
- Familiar with advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g., the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post‑Publication actions, RFis.
- Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporation of independent research to enhance reporting.
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.
- At least eight (8) years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military.
- At least two (2) of those years must have been within the last 5 years.

- Hourly pay range $57.97 – $78.52 per hour; compensation varies by contract rates, education, experience, skills, certifications, and location.
