Campus Security Officer

Wage: $18.00 per hour.

Full-time positions available.

Must have a full and valid driver's license and be able to walk up to 5 miles for inside and outside patrols.

Required:

2+ years of security experience and prior customer service experience. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills, proficiency with computers, and a clean driver's license.

The Security Officer/Guard role includes routine patrols of client premises, monitoring for security threats, and providing customer service to employees and visitors. You will maintain a safe and secure environment for the client's assets and personnel.

• Conduct inside and outside patrols, up to 5 miles per shift.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites.
• Enforce client rules, regulations, and directives.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports.

• Minimum 2 years of security experience; no experience necessary if you have retail, food service or hospitality background (training provided).
• Excellent customer service skills; professional at all times.
• Full and valid driver's license.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, walk inclines, and stand for long periods; lift up to 10-25 lbs as required.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
