Farmer Brothers’ Revive™ Service & Restoration group installs, maintains, and restores commercial tea and coffee brewing systems for customers who count on consistent quality. We’re seeking a field-based Service Specialist to own equipment uptime, documentation accuracy, and customer communication across a defined territory.

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove coffee and beverage dispensers within your regional geography.
- Complete scheduled PMs and surveys; respond to unscheduled and emergency service calls.
- Rotate through after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.
- Keep van stock and spare parts aligned with replenishment guidelines.
- Close service calls with thorough documentation: work performed, accurate invoices, and required customer signatures.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing equipment installations.
- Communicate quickly and clearly; share customer requests with management and partner departments.
- Meet service-level agreements and manage priorities to hit deadlines.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- On-call required, including weekends
- Travel typically within a 100-mile radius; regional trips may be needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 3+ years of mechanical/technical experience (required)
- Food service background (preferred)
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and test meters (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license; clean driving record
- Ability to travel within 100+ miles of the branch
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently
- Comfort balancing scheduled and unscheduled tasks: emergency calls, PMs, surveys, and installs
- Clear written and verbal communication; strong customer service
- Aligned with business goals; quick to spot issues and opportunities
- Applies new knowledge on the job; mindful of your impact
- Active listening with customers and leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset to identify ways to grow the business
- Relationship-building and collaboration with customers and teammates
- Sound judgment; confident decision-making
