HVAC Service Tech

Blue Dot Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You'll perform troubleshooting, change-outs, tune-ups, and system start-ups while following safety, code, and manufacturer standards. Role includes explaining findings to customers, offering maintenance solutions, and completing accurate work orders. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform tune-ups, start-ups, and system change-outs per code and manufacturer specs
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
• Follow safety procedures and local codes on every job
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations to customers
• Complete accurate work orders, documentation, and parts usage records
• Operate and maintain tools, gauges, meters, and company vehicle
• Provide on-call or after-hours service as scheduled
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing technical training
