Associate Fire Alarm Inspector

• Assist with reviewing system layouts and coordinating with systems and service departments for successful testing and inspection
• Assist with testing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Assist with delivering testing on schedule and within cost budgets
• Log and transmit inspection reports via technical device
• Work under tight deadlines
• Comply with industry standards and procedures and Sciens safety programs/policies
• Work closely with sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure customer systems are inspected and maintained in a code-compliant manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interested in learning and growing in the fire-life safety industry
• Ability to obtain knowledge of NFPA code requirements
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and able to obtain OSHA 10 certifications
• Good organizational, decision‑making, and communication skills
• Physically fit to perform demanding trade work, including frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Able to work from heights and climb ladders
• Standing and walking for most of the workday
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Demonstrates knowledge of NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety standards while effectively coordinating testing and inspection of fire alarm systems. Possesses strong organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and clients under tight deadlines.
