Fabrication Operator

** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
** Experience in construction, cAbility to operate small tools, grinders and drills.

Familiarity with mechanical assembly, installation processes, and use of hand and power tools.

Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions.

Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.

This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. consistently.

** Pay Transparency
** nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
