Senior Full Stack .NET Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Software Engineer with strong technical judgment and bias toward execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex features end-to-end, influencing technical direction, and raising the bar for engineering quality while remaining hands-on.

• Owning and delivering complex, business-critical features end-to-end.
• Designing scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with platform standards.
• Proactively identifying and addressing performance, reliability, and technical debt issues.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers.
• Partnering closely with product and engineering to shape solutions.

• Build backend services, APIs, and data access layers with performance, scalability, and reliability in mind.
• Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend experiences using React.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops processes, and cloud deployments (Azure).
• Participate in and elevate code reviews, setting standards for quality, maintainability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate stories and requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong experience designing and building backend services and APIs at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of relational database design, performance tuning, and complex T-SQL.
• Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows (Git, Git Hub, or similar).
• Proven ability to own technical decisions and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience.

• Experience with Azure cloud services and production cloud environments
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and test strategies
• Prior experience modernizing systems or scaling high-throughput platforms
