Solution Overview- Machine learning systems (AI) to drive transparency and empower client teams to improve results relentlessly.
- Simple, secure, closed‑loop data flow from the customer back to the manufacturer to eliminate waste and operate lean.
- Participate and run workshops with key stakeholders to fully understand the customer’s integration requirements.
- Configure system interfaces, operate iPaaS/ETL solutions, and customize operational tools to support customer data ingestion and a smooth onboarding process.
- Build analytics and data visualization tools in response to client requests to support decision making.
- Travel 1‑2 times per year to a US warehouse site if a customer launch is sufficiently large or complex.
- Participate in an ongoing on‑call rotation.
- 2+ years of hands‑on technical experience with Celigo, Boomi, or an equivalent iPaaS.
- 1+ year of hands‑on technical experience integrating Shopify and/or Net Suite.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience calling, testing, and troubleshooting API endpoints.
- Demonstrable experience querying and transforming JSON structures.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.
- Certification in Celigo or Boomi.
- Experience with third‑party logistics (3PL) or other supply‑chain systems.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Proficiency with EDI.
- Proficiency with Databricks.
- Background in finance, data science, or supply chain.
- Ability to organize and lead customers through an integration project.
Prolonged periods of sitting; role requires working at a desk and using a computer for extended periods.
Manual dexterity: frequent use of hands and fingers to handle office equipment.
Visual acuity: ability to read documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens for prolonged periods.
Occasional standing, walking, and reaching; may be required to move about the office.
Lifting and carrying: ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds.
Hearing and speaking: clear and effective communication in person and via phone or virtual platforms.
Minimal physical exertion: role primarily involves sedentary work.
