• Automate and provision infrastructure to support mission‑critical customer requirements.
• Identify development and deployment inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve system performance.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications in a mixed‑stack environment using Python and Java (Spring Boot).
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve code quality, debugging, and software delivery.
• Drive process improvements and system optimizations with a high degree of autonomy.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree).
• 12 years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing production applications in Python and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Proven ability to work independently and drive technical solutions from identification through implementation.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools in daily engineering workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on infrastructure automation and process optimization.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
