As a Software Engineer at AFS, you will be a key part of a collaborative team dedicated to building and improving cutting‑edge software solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of meaningful projects in a fast‑paced and supportive environment.

• Design, build, and maintain a variety of software systems, from large‑scale data platforms to real‑time analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas into new features and user‑friendly designs
• Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code to ensure our systems are reliable and performant
• Solve interesting problems by developing and implementing robust algorithms
• Work with a team to test software, create documentation, and ensure everything we build meets the highest standards

• 0‑2 years of experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Four (4) years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland
. The base pay range for this position in these locations is showing below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
