Thispositionwillprovide Softwaresolutionsdeliverysupportandmentoringfor Software Engineers .

• Leadthedesignandimplementationofsoftwaresolutionsthatmeetbusinessrequirementsandtechnicalspecifications.
• Analyzesprojectneeds/requirementsandrecommendssolutionstoenableenterpriseintegration.
• Developsandimplementssoftwaresolutions,standards,processes,and security.
• Collaboratingwithproductmanagers,architects, QAandotherstakeholderstogatherandrefinesoftwarerequirementsanddevelopments.
• Maintainingandenhancingexistingsoftwareapplicationsthroughbugfixesandfeature enhancements.
• Attendsvendortraining/conferencesandpresentationsforcontinuingskillsdevelopment.
• Trainsandmentorsteammembersandother Covistatechnicalresourcesasnecessary.
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields Required.
• Strongproficiencyinoneormoreprogramminglanguages.
